Relocating back to SoCal from Northern California. Lived there for last 3 years, but went through some medical issues, now that I am healthy I want to live back down here. I prefer my own bedroom and bathroom, I work as a server in steakhouses and have plenty of money to support myself until i find a room and new job down here in OC/LA. I have great rent history, never missed a payment. I do not smoke, or drink or party at all. I work, go to the gym and have some introverted hobbies like online chess.
