About Me I recently moved out of California for a fresh start and am looking for a clean, quiet place to call home. My lifestyle is highly disciplined, predictable, and low-profile. I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, rarely drink, and do not party.

Right now, my absolute focus is on stabilizing my business, which means I spend about 90% of my waking hours working. Because I work from my computer, I’m home most of the day, but I keep entirely to myself and maintain an incredibly quiet environment.

My Daily Routine:

Early Morning: Up early and out the door for a 1-hour gym session.

Daytime: Back home for a solid 6–8 hour block of deep work. I take a few business calls during the day, but the vast majority of my work is done silently via text, email, and online systems.

Evening: Quick dinner, followed by another block of work until bedtime.

I am exceptionally clean, organized, and respectful of shared boundaries. I’m looking for a peaceful environment where I can focus on my business goals and get a good night’s sleep.

About My Pet Simba (12yo Cat): I have a senior cat who is incredibly calm, clean, and well-behaved. He is leash-trained and never has accidents. He will stay entirely in my room with me, so he won’t be wandering the house or scratching up shared furniture.

What I’m Looking For Space: A pet-friendly private bedroom and preferably a private bathroom.

Kitchen/Food: I don’t cook and don’t need shared kitchen space or storage. I just need a corner in my room to set up my own mini-fridge and microwave.

Environment: A clean, quiet household with respectful, professional roommates who value privacy and a peaceful living space.
