Credit score 750+. I’m eco and health conscious, well-traveled, calm, responsible, friendly, and lean toward the introvert side. For me home is a sanctuary, and I prefer to socialize outside, though I’ve often become good friends with housemates. I’m looking for a room with attached bath, or an ADU/studio (budget listed is for shared, goes up for own apt/studio). If sharing a house, I’d like to live with another adult 30s-50s who does their own thing, doesn’t drink a lot, and keeps a peaceful and clean home. I’m open about pets & kids, depending. I would keep my cats confined just to my room (hence the attached bath) unless we agreed otherwise. I have an ESA letter for them, so they are not considered pets on a lease. I’m a full-time completely online student. I love to cook, but usually keep it simple. Open to collab/shared meals occasionally. I love gardening if given the opportunity. My ideal situation is an ADU outside an early 1900s home with a garden, near nature, in the foothills. Second best is sharing a 3/2 or 2/2 with one other person. Open as to which town, as long as it’s a quiet spot. I’m observant and can be helpful to have around on a property. Positive rental history.
