I am 18, going to Richard bland college as a freshman. I can afford $400-$800 but only make around 2k/mo . I can be messy at times, but I try my best not to be. Trying to be a morning person (8am). May occasionally invite guests but not often. I smoke weed and vape but don’t drink often (smell shouldn’t be an issue). I’d like to have a dog. I love art, so I’d prefer a bigger room to fit my supplies. I can be mindful of my noise and mess. I’m friendly, outgoing, but a little shy. Communication is key!! I am respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries.
