My background: New to Miami for work. I am a designer.

What I want in an apartment: I would love to live in Edgewater or Midtown. If we can find somewhere with ocean/bay views I would love it.

Living with me: I don’t smoke or have pets, but I love animals so I’m ok if you have them. I don’t care if you are 420 but it’s not for me and I prefer you don’t smoke cigarettes or vape in common areas. I am open minded of others, welcoming to all races & genders & sexualities. I also speak Spanish fluently.

My routine: I will be working in the office M-F and don’t plan on having romantic visitors as I am in a long distance relationship. I like working out, listening to music, reading, and going to the beach.

Who I would like as a roommate: Open to someone looking for a friend or just a respectful roommate who minds their business, pays on time and washes her dishes. I don’t mind if you like to drink but I am not a big club-goer or smoker. I prefer no drugs or random men in the house (obviously I’m fine with significant others visiting occasionally). Other professionals with in office 9-5’s especially in tech are preferred! Preference for people who are quiet past 11pm :)
