I am looking for a room with a month-to-month lease due to some uncertainty regarding my work schedule. That said, I have generally been a long-term tenant and have stayed for more than a year in most of the places (more than 90%) I have rented.

A little about myself: I am an Asian male with a scientific research background. I am friendly, healthy, respectful, and easy-going. I live a quiet and organized lifestyle, do not smoke, and always keep my living space clean. I cook with a microwave oven, so I place minimal demands on the kitchen. I am responsible, considerate of others, and value a peaceful living environment.
