Hello! My name is Kayt, I’m looking to either team up with someone and find a place or to move in and rent a room. I do have a son, who at the time of moving will be 6 months, he would be with me most of the time but with his dad sometimes. I am not against partaking in cannabis, but having a son I need an environment where he wouldn’t be subjected to it. I’m a quiet roommate, I don’t really have company over much unless family once in a while and obviously my sons dad would be over sometimes, including my sons sisters. But most visits would be outside the house. I love cleaning, so cleaning is never an issue for me when rooming. I work caregiving as of right now with a company I’ve been with for 2+ years, my mornings are early and I get off early, but I’m also looking to change positions within the company. So my schedule might change down the line. I do prefer a place with a washer/dryer in unit, that will be a deal breaker for me. But other than that there’s not really specifics. Just looking for a new place to call home for my son and I. October is in estimated time, but open to discussions on that.
