Hello! My name is Lauren, I’m 45 and I’m looking for a room/studio in the Cranston-ish area. Up to $1500 if utilities are included. No kids and no pets. I tend to have a hectic work schedule with 2 jobs so when I’m home it’s mostly to sleep and chill. I have occasional guests but rarely have anyone overnight. I’m quiet, clean and financially responsible. I always pay my rent in full and on time (I have records). I take pride in the space I call home so I’m looking for a landlord who is proactive with basic upkeep and responsive when things come up. 420 friendly property is a must (outside is fine) and I would prefer off street parking or street parking that is easy and safe because my work schedule can have me coming and going later at night.

Fine print: *willing to pay additional deposit of 1-2 months rent (first, security and then 1-2 months extra) and/or have a co-signer to offset unfavorable credit. *currently collecting unemployment while job hunting in addition to a part time job. I can provide tax info for 2025 and full time pay stubs for the beginning of 2026 in addition to current pay stubs from my part time job to show that I do make enough and plan to be fully employed BEFORE my unemployment runs out (I have several months approved so plenty of time to secure a job). *im open to pretty much any situation whether it’s a room, a studio apartment or a roommate(s). I just ask that it be up to code for proper egress if it’s in a basement or attic etc.
