I’m Leo, a Spanish student arriving in Melbourne this August to study at Eastern Florida State College. I speak Spanish, English (C1), and French fluently, and I’ve lived and traveled across Europe, the US, Asia, and Africa, so I’m genuinely comfortable adapting to different people and environments.

I’m entrepreneurial by nature: I’ve built and run several online businesses, and I’m currently developing a B2B SaaS product in the AI space. That means I spend a lot of my time focused, working independently, and keeping a disciplined routine — I’m not the kind of person who brings noise or chaos to a shared space.

I’m respectful of shared areas, I clean up after myself, and I believe good housemates operate on a simple principle: clear communication and mutual respect. I pay on time, I don’t throw parties, and I’m genuinely easy to live with.
