Looking in: Port St Lucie, St. Lucie County, FL.
Description
I am a Christian woman ( I go to Calvary) looking for a fellow female Christian who is interested in renting a house in Port St. Lucie together and splitting the coast. I found a pretty nice house for $1850 a month utilities already included. Looking for someone who is willing to team up, plan ahead and wait a bit for the right house that coast about this much to rent. Im going through an unwanted divorce and am waiting for my house to sell to use that money for renting a house with someone. We are cleaning it up as we still live in it, and sometime soon it will be on the market. So not ready to move out right away. I dont want to miss this opportunity on the house i found so hoping somehow it will still be available or can find one like it. If we split it, it would be $925 each! I can show you the house if youd like in messenger. Its even got a fence for my little dog. Cheaper than any apartment! Just to be fully transparent before we apply, i run my own buisness which is still growing. Right now my monthly income is $2,000 tp $2400 a month and as it grows im hoping to make $3000 to $4000 a month. Because that fluctuates and can be a bit tight for a corporate landlords strict rules, i am relying on my house proceeds. I am dedicating a large chunk of cash from when i sell my house just for my half of the rent. My buisness handles my day to day, and my savings completly guarentee the rent 100% financially secure. I just want to make sure your income is stable enough so that when we combine our files, the corporate landlord auto aproves us especially if you have a good credit score. I do have good credit. Trying to find someone in the near future who may be ready by the time I am so putting myself out there just in case. I have a small dog who does not do well with other animals but lovea humans. He is a 12 to 15 pound Alaskan klee Kai , who is adorably 9 years old. Please if you have any questions feel to ask. I know people are ready to move out now, I would if i could. I mean I guess I could if both our income put together equaled the amount the landlord will be expecting based off the rent price ( which is usually 3 times the rent price) but it would only last me 3 to 4 months with the savings I have right now. I am really relying on the house money when it sells which will probably last me my entire life as $925 a month is enough for me to save and hardly having to touch my house savings. I plan on living in a house long term or for life. Lookin for someone who wants long term as well and if they need to leave give me some time to find another roommate. But I am not looking for someone who just wants a few months.
