I’m a single occupant looking for a quiet, stable place to rent. I recently relocated after my previous housing situation ended due to a property foreclosure, and I’m looking for a comfortable environment where I can focus on work and continue growing my business and professional goals.

I work remotely and spend much of my time at my computer, either handling business-related projects or working on creative and technical pursuits. I’m quiet, respectful, and generally keep to myself. I don’t host visitors, and I have no roommates, pets, or regular guests who would be coming and going.

I have several years of experience living in communal housing, so I understand the importance of respecting shared spaces, cleaning up after myself, communicating clearly, and being considerate of others. I believe everyone should be able to enjoy their own space without judgment, provided common areas are treated with respect.

I’m approachable, easy to get along with, and value a peaceful living environment. Ideally, I’m looking for a lease in the 6- to 12-month range, though I’m open to discussing other arrangements if it’s a good fit.
