I am. 47 year old single mom of 4. Only one of my kiddos, a 16 year old daughter, is still young enough to live with me, though. We are looking for a place to call home. Cancer has left me disabled, but I am resourceful and willing to do my fair share around a home. I have cats, which I’m hoping wouldn’t be a deal breaker. I don’t car if roommates are male or female, gay, straight or somewhere in between, and I don’t really care what a person does as long as it isn’t inherently dangerous or cause trouble for my daughter and I. I also have ALL the streaming services as well as Amazon Music Unlimited and YouTube Premium that I am happy to share. I have my own car, so we won’t be bumming rides all the time. I have three other adult children. One is off at college and the other two are here in Olathe. They are on the autism spectrum and live together. I pay their rent and all of their expenses, but where they live is not big enough for 4. They would probably visit from time to time, but are highly functional and don’t cause trouble. Also, I am a pretty good cook, so dinner is covered should you so want!
