Hi! my name is Kim, I’m going to transfer to UTSA downtown campus for the Fall 2026 so I wanted to see what places are available rn near there. I’m Vietnamese but I can speak fluent Englsih. I don’t have pets, but I don’t mind any animals (even snakes or frogs). I don’t smoke, vape, or do drugs in general and I avoid that kinda thing. I love quiet, peaceful atmosphere and value direct communication (from both myself and others). I like to read, do art, build models (for architecture), game, do anything creative. If you don’t like noise I can be quiet as a mouse. I can also cook for both you and me. I am very generous with my time and will not judge you based on any assumption. I hope we can live peacefully together!
