Hi there, I’m Nat! I’m 28 years old, and a Product Marketing Manager in the tech/AI space. I recently relocated to the Bay Area from LA to be closer to the industry I’m building my career in as well as family. It’s great to be back! I work hard during the week (I also run my own consulting projects on the side), so I value a home that actually feels like a sanctuary. Think: clean common spaces, mutual respect for each other’s time and energy, and not having to coordinate every little thing. I’m independent but friendly: I’ll genuinely enjoy chatting in the kitchen whilst cooking dinner, playing a board game, or go for a drink every now and then, but no pressure. In terms of my lifestyle, I love getting outdoors, whether that’s hiking, a walk to clear my head, or just finding a good spot with a view. I travel when I can (it’s basically a budget line item for me), so you’ll have the place to yourself periodically. I like nice things and I keep shared spaces tidy and always make sure the counters are wiped down. I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and low-drama (unless of course you’re into Bravo, then let’s talk!). I’d love someone I could grab dinner or a drink with occasionally, but we don’t have to be best friends. Bonus if you’re also career-driven and understand that sometimes work bleeds into evenings. I don’t have pets with me, but grew up with plenty of them (I love dogs and cats alike!). I don’t smoke, and I like a quiet-ish home on weeknights, but I don’t like to be a hermit on weekends. SF is my long-term home, so I’m open to a short 3-month sublet in order to find my forever place elsewhere, but if we hit it off, I’m open to long-term.
