Jake

Hi, my name is Jake I’m an 18 yr old college student looking for a room to rent until I return to school on August 7.

I live a pretty busy lifestyle between work and athletic practice, so I’m usually out of the house most of the day. I don’t have many belongings just an air mattress, TV, game system, clothes, and other basic necessities.

I’m a respectful, clean, and responsible person. I understand that I would be staying in someone else’s home, and I would treat your space with respect. I keep up with my personal hygiene, clean up after myself, and don’t mind helping with household cleaning when needed. I’m used to cleaning regularly and actually enjoy keeping things organized.

I’m generally quiet, easy to get along with, and keep to myself. You likely wouldn’t see me very often outside of coming and going for work, practice, and daily activities.

I’m simply looking for a safe and comfortable place to stay for the next couple of months while I finish out the summer before heading back to college. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your consideration.
