Sushi

23 yr old grad student/professional, looking for a sublet or apartment split. I would like to move in during the first week of July, ideally for a 1-2 year lease. Single, clean, and quiet. I’ll be working 9-5 M-F, and have online classes wed/thurs nights. I eat fairly basic meals, mostly air fryer/stove top. I’d prefer a furnished space, but will order (bed/desk) / split (couch/tv) furniture if necessary. In terms of hobbies, I enjoy reading, wine nights, pickleball, bottomless mimosas/brunch, and rooftop bars.
