Hi! I’m Francisco, a 4th year Computer Science student at UC Davis. I’m super clean — the kind of person who washes dishes right after eating and really cares about keeping shared spaces nice. Personality-wise I’m pretty balanced: I love getting to know housemates and can definitely be social, but I also value my downtime, so I’m easy to live with either way. Pretty lowkey overall, so you can expect a quiet, respectful housemate, not a house party.

I’d be moving in with my girlfriend — she’s just as clean and quiet as I am (honestly more so). We’re both looking for a chill, friendly living situation for an August move-in. If anything ever comes up, I’m a good communicator and will always bring it up early and kindly.
