I can stay for 5ive months starting immediately. But, I am not in a dire straits or technically underhoused.

I work overnight security, 12+/hr, for FIFA events. I co-own a home in Blue Hills where my older brother lives. I will have few items. Some work out equipment, and basics,

I usually spend half of the year in Belgium and the other touring as a professional musician. I rarely spend much time in KCMO. I usually return to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I lived for over 30 years.

Anyways, I could really appreciate some separation from proximity to my brother’s habits. I go to Airbnb’s a lot, hotels and people’s guest spaces a lot on tour, and it’s nice. Besides, that family stuff ads an emotional variable of which I need relief.

I love to contribute to a hygienic, normal living situation that is positive, pragmatic, realistic, communicative and mutually supportive. I lived in several collectives and will several partners, thus I have experience sharing space responsibly.

I am building a performance initiative debut for mid-August, where I will go for two weeks. I basically just work on grants research and my projects when not “working.”

I a 53, Black, tall, raised in Hawai’i, International, Experimental Musician 30+ years, and I just know a handful of people here (KCMO) and relatives.
