I’m 21 and looking for one solid roommate to team up with and find a place in McMinnville. I don’t have the place officially yet, but I do have a house in mind that’s around $2,400/month, and I’d be willing to pay a bigger portion of the rent to make it work.

My budget can go up to around $1,500/month, so your portion could be less depending on the place. I’m mainly looking for the right roommate first, then we can apply together.

I work a lot, keep things pretty low-key, and want a clean, quiet place. I’m not looking for a party house or a bunch of random people over all the time. Just a chill, respectful setup where we both do our own thing, keep shared spaces clean, and communicate if anything comes up.

Ideally looking for another guy around my age who has stable income or student support, can pass a rental application, and is serious about moving.
