Hi, I’m Dominik, 21 years old, and currently studying HVAC while working part-time. I’m responsible, respectful, and easygoing, with a stable routine focused on school, work, and building my future career.
I’m a clean and organized person who values a peaceful and comfortable home environment. I rarely have guests, and spend most of my free time studying, working, or relaxing at home. I’m friendly and get along well with others, but I also respect personal space and privacy.
I have a Siamese cat who is very quiet, friendly, and well-behaved. He spends most of his time in my room and is not disruptive. Because he previously had negative experiences with other animals, I’m looking for a roommate preferably who does not have pets or they are friendly.
I’m looking to team up with a responsible male roommate who has a stable job and is interested in sharing a nice, safe 2-bedroom apartment in the Summerlin or Spring Valley area. My goal is to find someone reliable, clean, and respectful to sign a lease with around August 1st and create a comfortable home for both of us.
