I would be a responsible, quiet, and respectful roommate who keeps a clean and organized space. I work full-time in DC with a consistent schedule (7:30–4), so during the week I’m usually focused on work and maintaining a steady routine. I’m mindful of shared spaces, bills, and noise levels, and I value clear communication to keep things easy and stress-free in the home.

I do have a boyfriend who will be visiting regularly, so I’m looking for roommates who are comfortable with occasional guests in the shared space, and I’m always respectful about coordinating ahead of time. Overall, I’m looking for a calm, stable living environment where everyone is considerate, responsible, and easy to live with.
