I am an older, quiet woman with a 12 yo son who lives with me, we have a cat also. I tend to stay to myself and don’t or won’t bother anyone, my son plays either on his xbox or outside and doesn’t bother anyone either. We would prefer a basement with a kitchen or a room with kitchen and laundry access. Our cat is a loveable orange, no tailed kitty. He is a rescue and sleeps all day, he doesn’t even meow and he doesn’t scratch or claw furniture.
