My name is Karen, I’m a student and I work from Monday to Friday.

I’m looking for a quiet and respectful living environment with a private bathroom. I value privacy and spend most of my free time studying, working on my computer, or doing other things. My limit budget is 1200 but I’ll prefer to spend less than I can so I can save money for my personal projects

My schedule can vary quite a bit, so I prefer a place without strict quiet-hour requirements. This is not because I’m noisy—I am actually very quiet—but I may stay up late on weekends studying or playing games on my computer, and I don’t always have a fixed schedule for cooking meals.

I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or attend parties. I’m a very quiet and responsible person who enjoys a calm lifestyle, and I would prefer a smoke-free living environment.

I do not host guests or parties, and I am very respectful of shared spaces. In the future, I would like the possibility of living with my boyfriend, who is also quiet and works remotely from home.

A reliable internet connection is important to me, and I would appreciate the ability to use a wired Ethernet connection for my computer if’s possible.

Having laundry facilities in the home is very important to me. I would also be interested in a more private living space, such as a basement suite or a separate area of the home, if available.
