Hey Roomie!

I’m a 38-year-old professional and entrepreneur. I currently run and operate a luxury business on El Paseo in Palm Desert. After relocating from Los Angeles to the Coachella Valley, I’m looking for a home that offers the same things I value in life: respect, stability, peace of mind, and a sense of community.

I’m responsible, financially stable, clean, and easy to get along with. I work hard, pay my bills on time, and believe clear communication and mutual respect are the foundation of any successful living situation.

When I’m not working, home is my retreat and safe space. Privacy, security, respect, and peace of mind are non-negotiables for me and apply equally to everyone in the household, including guests and visitors. I appreciate a home environment where people are considerate of one another, respect boundaries, and contribute positively to the overall atmosphere.

I enjoy meeting new people, sharing a laugh, and being social when the opportunity arises, but I also value personal space and downtime. Ideally, I’m looking for mature, responsible, drama-free roommates who appreciate a peaceful, welcoming, and respectful home. As a gay man, I would especially enjoy living with other gay men or LGBTQ+-friendly roommates who value authenticity, kindness, discretion, and mutual respect.

One of the reasons I moved to Palm Springs was to be surrounded by authentic, down-to-earth people and a strong sense of community. I’d love to find a living situation with others who share those values and take pride in creating a home that feels comfortable, secure, and enjoyable for everyone.
