I’m looking for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment/condo, and I’m looking for another professional person to split the rent and utilities. Private rooms and bathrooms for each and share kitchen/laundry/common living spaces. One bedroom apartments in Ann Arbor go for around $1,600 to $1,800 and two bedroom apartments are usually only a few hundred dollars more. It’s much more cost effective to split a two bedroom apartment. I’d really like to look at some apartments/condos in the town of Dexter which is just a few minutes from Ann Arbor.

I’m a mature gentleman, and I typically work six days a week. I’m looking for a person who meets the following:

• Gender does not matter - this is strictly a business arrangement - I’m private and respect others privacy - but I am social and happy to split a pizza or meal on occasion if you desire
• Does not smoke
• Does not party - occasional drink fine - but no blow out parties
