I’m an incoming master’s student in the Vocal Arts Program at Bard Conservatory and I’m looking for housing beginning around early to mid-August. I’m open to living with anywhere from 1-3 roommates and am hoping to keep my portion of rent around $800 a month or less. I’ll have a car and am ideally looking for a year-long lease. As a roommate, I’m very clean especially when it comes to common areas. I’m pretty easygoing and flexible when it comes to different schedules and lifestyles. I’m definitely more of a night owl, but I’m quiet and considerate of the people I live with.
