Hi everyone! My name is August, and I am making the move from California to the city this August!!!

Here is a little info about me: I am 25 years old and work in Public Relations My budget is $1,500 (negotiable!) I’m super flexible and am totally open to apartment hunting together with roommates, or taking over an existing lease (would prefer to take over a lease) I’m clean, respectful, friendly, and genuinely open to all people!
