Sami & Josh

It’s me, my dog, Shiera, she’s older, well-trained, and loves people, but she’s long past the age of chewing up furniture or causing trouble, and my friend Josh, he also doesnt chew up furniture!

I’m currently a full-time student in tattoo trade school and work as well, so I tend to stay pretty busy. I’m friendly, respectful, and easygoing. I can be social, but I’m also perfectly happy doing my own thing and respecting everyone’s space.

We are very clean and organized people, and take good care of any place we live. Whether it’s my home or someone else’s, I treat it with respect. I can be a little shy when I first meet people, but I warm up over time and get along well with most personalities.

I’m looking for a safe, comfortable living situation with people who are respectful, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces.

Flexible on 1 or 2 years if situation requires, I’m easygoing.
