Hi! I’m Iván, originally from Chile and also American. I’m moving to the Carlsbad/Encinitas area to finish my final courses at Gemological Institute of America. I’m focused, respectful, clean, and easygoing, and I spend most of my time studying gemstones, jewelry design, and growing my fine jewelry brand, Heech Jewellery. I’m looking for a comfortable long-term place with friendly, responsible roommates. I enjoy a calm and positive living environment, but I’m also social and would love to make new friends since I’m new to the area. Whether it’s grabbing coffee, going to the beach, hiking, or exploring North County, I’m always happy to connect with good people.
