Hey. We’re mother’s son Duo. I’m a single mom who has homeschooled her child and looking for a place to put him into a high school. I’m trying to get out of West Virginia. This isn’t a great schooling system for my kid. I’m trying to give him the best. But this rent out here is crazy. Looking for a female team up non-smoker, not 420 friendly. I understand get-togethers and little parties. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra on rent but I wouldn’t pay two times the amount. I’m looking for our townhome /house with someone else. We can always discuss the bills after we see a place or before we see a place. Whichever one is good for you. I’d like to move as soon as possible. I don’t want to get roped into another year lease in this apartment.
