I’m clean and friendly, respectful and quiet. I respect other people’s privacy and properties. I have a regular daily routine outside and don’t have my friends or my boyfriend over (meet them off site). I don’t have any pets, don’t drink, don’t smoke or do drugs. I clean up after myself and won’t use the kitchen or living room (no TV use, also don’t use WiFi). I have references and a good credit rating. I also don’t have a car payment or bills other than cell phone and gasoline.
