I have been sharing a home with a very nice woman almost 6 months. She is going to be selling her house so I need to find another house share soon. It is just me who will live with you. I have no kids, no pets and need a peaceful quiet place. No drugs no smoking. No drinking would be nice. For 25 years owned 3 beautiful homes in Florida. First upsized then downsized. I have lived in several nice homes before with kind people in the past few years as have been unable to save up for a down payment on a house and love St Augustine.
