Rowan

Hi! My name is Rowan, I’m a 20 year old (turning 21 later this year!) Mechanical Engineering student at ASU in my junior year. I’m looking for a place in the Tempe area around ASU campus for the 2026-2027 school year, looking to move in early August, ideally under $900/month.

I work early morning shifts so I’m usually up early and out of the house. I’m a pretty low-key roommate — I go to school, work, and keep to myself. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces.

Outside of school and work I love hiking, cooking, watching movies and shows, going to concerts, and going on day trips. I love going out with friends but I’m equally happy staying in. I don’t have any pets but I don’t mind them. I’m okay with friends coming over and some noise, but I do value having my own space and appreciate when things quiet down at the end of the day.

I have a car so I’m flexible on exact location as long as it’s in the Tempe area around ASU campus.
