William & Elisabeth

We are a married couple, 43m and 36f, looking for a place to rent near Renton. It can either be shared housing or a house/apartment to ourselves. We currently live in Kent and are looking to move by March or April. Our budget is around $1100, cheaper options are good too.

References are available. We’ve lived with our current landlord for three years with no issues and he will vouch for us. We’re only moving because he’s selling the house and moving overseas.

M works at Fortune and is ex-Air Force. F is on Medicare due to a condition she was born with. (Muscular dystrophy if you’re curious.) Both are quiet and respectful. If doing shared housing, access to a kitchen is a must since M enjoys cooking and F enjoys baking. We are pet friendly but do not have pets.
