Seeking UNFURNISHED room with private bathroom. Recently relocated back to NJ after 5 years living in Charleston, SC. Would like to live in Monmouth or Ocean County. Non drinker/non smoker. I work a lot of hours and prefer to be outside more than inside. A grassy yard or porch is preferred, or close to walking paths. I’m easy going, friendly, mindful and clean. I meal prep 90%, and will keep the kitchen area clean, organized and appreciate a roommate that does as well. Private bathroom only respond, it’s a dealbreaker. I love dogs and do not want to live with cats. Thank you for your consideration!
