I’m a engineer and recent graduate who will be working in the Dallas area. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and considerate of shared spaces. I keep common areas tidy, pay rent and bills on time, and value open communication with roommates. I probably wouldn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment and I have been living in a shared apartment for past 10 years. I’ve comfortable shared apartment with different people and never had any issues, I dont mind if roommate is throwing a part or having fun. Nothing really bothered me.

During the week I’m usually focused on work, studying, or explorimg the city, so I’m generally a quiet and low-maintenance roommate. I enjoy a friendly living environment where everyone is respectful of each other’s schedules and privacy. I’m non-smoking, don’t host frequent parties, and believe in keeping the apartment comfortable and organized for everyone.
