I am starting at LCAD in Laguna Beach on August 22 and already has on-campus housing secured, but looking for a room to rent from now until then while I work this summer at Herst Coffee in Lido Village.

I know it’s a short-term rental, which can make things a little tricky, but I wanted to reach out and see if it might be a fit. I am ery clean, respectful, and responsible. I don’t have any pets, don’t smoke, and Uber to and from work.

I’d like to find a safe place to stay for these next couple of months and it would be a huge help as I get ready to start school. Thank you for considering me!
