Hi, I’m Brandon. I’m moving from Riverside and looking for a private room in Los Angeles by June 19.

Budget: $1,000-$1,400/month, ideally including utilities.

I work remotely in marketing and growth strategy, so I need a private room with space for a desk, reliable internet, and a calm household during the day.

I’m clean, respectful, focused, and easy to live with. I’m social and friendly, but I’m not looking for a party house. The best fit would be a quiet professional household with clear communication, stable routines, and respectful roommates.

I have a car, I climb, and I go to startup/creator/networking events. I’m open to Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Mount Washington, Atwater, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Palms/Culver City, Burbank, North Hollywood, Valley Village, and nearby areas. I would also consider Orange County: Costa Mesa, Irvine, or the Newport area if the room and household are a strong professional fit.

Private bathroom, parking, or a studio-like setup would be a plus, but the main priorities are quiet, cleanliness, reliable internet, and good roommate fit.
