I’m a 27 year old renter with a quiet lifestyle and a very sweet elderly cat who mostly sleeps all day. Currently in wine school (WSET Online) and working as a server/sommelier in Norwalk making around 1k/month, willing to budget up to 1/2 monthly income. Most of my time is spent studying & working. My current lease in Ridgefield ends July 15th; I’m looking to move somewhere along the New Haven MTA line to reduce transportation fees. Immediate move-in is preferred; I like to get things done early. Co-signer will cover lease if needed.
