Hi everyone! My name is Samantha, and I recently graduated from UVA and started a full-time job near Fort Belvoir. I’m looking for either a room to rent/lease takeover or a female roommate to find and sign a lease with.

I’m hoping to live somewhere south of Old Town Alexandria (ideally around Kingstown). I’m open to living with dogs (I plan to get my own soon!), but I’m happy to discuss other housing options as well.

A little about me: I recently graduated from UVA with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and am now working full-time near Fort Belvoir. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I’m looking for roommates who are the same.

My move-in date is very flexible since I’m currently living with my parents while I search for the right place. My budget is up to $1,800 per month including utilities. I’m looking for female roommates in their 20s who are clean, respectful, and communicative.
