Hi, I’m a single mom of a 6yo son (parent/child couple :) and I’m looking to move to Hillsborough preferably or Burlingame or Foster City by 8/1/26. These areas are ideal for the school district. My budget is $2,000-$2,500/month. These areas are quite pricey so finding someone who doesn’t mind living minimally, enjoys and will help keep a clean and tidy home, and would like to settle into a place for at least 2 years would be perfect. My son and I are kind and easy to be around.

6/6/26 - I’ve found a place that is $4,200/month with utilities and internet included in Hillsborough. This would be the ideal place. It’s a 1 br/1 bath, 1,000 sq. ft. with an area I think could be a nice 2nd bedroom nook after proper non-permanent separation is added.
