I am very considerate, clean and easy going. Responsible and quiet. Kind, caring, friendly and helpful. I like people and am very interestedin others but happy to mind my own business as well. Basically I get along with everyone. I work a lot even when at home on my personal projects & goals. I enjoy business and learning new things. I don’t drink often, no smoking or drugs. Healthy life style living including exercise daily biking, cross training & basketball and mostly eating very clean. I would say all my past housemates had no problems with me and my lifestyle. Again currently my day job is working at Big 5 Sporting Goods in town. I am only moving as my current landlord of 6 months is selling their house on South 8th Street in Cottonwood shortly.
