Hi. Please don’t pass me by just because I’m a male person and a bit older than usual roommates! I’m nice, thoughtful, funny, clean, very neat, considerate, and younger than my age. I can be social if that’s the house vibe–or unobtrusive if that’s what you want. I work downtown (Park St stop) most weekdays. I need a place while I’m looking to see if I could afford to buy a small unit nearby. I’ve been living near the Shawmut stop. My 6-year-old son Iggy would be staying with me on-and-off half the time. He’s weird, hilarious, flamboyant, sociable. I’ve been told I’m more like a woman than a man but that’s due to high eq, good commx, empathy and other stereotyped qualities that really all people should care about.
