Iā€™m a 61 yr old woman, disabled (not debilitating) retired. Iā€™m quiet, live very lightly, go to bed at 9pm up at 7am to hike or hit the gym. Cook daily but clean entire kitchen when done. Spend most of my time quietly working wearing headphones when Iā€™m not out. Very handy with household fixes. Previous electrician. Iā€™m a dream tenant.

Will be in SLT August but last week of Aug I have a local cat sit. (Iā€™m a cat sitter) Will be back in Oct-Dec. Will have pet sits on and off that take me out of the home for a few days to weeks. Will still pay monthly rent.

Looking closer to AL Tahoe neighborhood but open to places west of Ski Run Blvd and north of Meyers.
