I am looking for to whether team up or renting a clean private room for me in Jupiter near by the beach and everything near by walking distance. I am very punctual, tidy, clean, respectuous, calm, friendly, kind. So if you want to team up, and you have those minimum qualities it will work well. I do not smoke, nor take drug nor into alcohol. At least my roomate do not smoke nor take drug, and if drinking socially that s fine, we don’t want stupid fights because of alcohol that s all. Only positive vibe 😃!
