Hey! I like things kept clean, think boundaries are very important, and prefer to work out anything that pops up right away so everyone can be happy with how we treat eachother and our place. I consider myself pretty friendly and outgoing, but I definitely love my alone time to refresh. I work pretty early (weekdays), so I do love a quiet morning too when I can get one. Love finding new hobbies, just needing a place closer to my work so I have time to enjoy them lol. I like chilling at home, going out occasionally for a couple drinks with friends, and being outdoors as much as possible. I would be down to be friends or errand buddies if we end up building that kinda connection, but I don’t mind a keep to ourselves vibe either. As long as things are pretty reasonable towards others, I tend to take a ‘not my business’ approach and don’t mind folks having differences in all kindsa different ways. And my cat is pretty darn cute and equal parts cuddly and crazy (orange boy energy), he’s probably the biggest plus I bring haha. I’d love to meet and talk things out more with likeminded folks of any gender needing a roommate or looking to rent together!
