Hello - I’m Katie, a writer, transitioning to CT life to help with my aging parents after living in DC for several years. I’m looking for a calm, respectful, cat-friendly home where I can have my own space while enjoying a walkable neighborhood and a sense of community.

I’m friendly, thoughtful, clean, and considerate of shared spaces. I value privacy, quiet, good communication, and a peaceful home environment. I’m not looking for a party house — more of a comfortable, stable place to write, work, rest, and rebuild my next chapter.
