Marlon Nascimento

Hi! My name is Marlon, and I’m 25 years old. I’m relocating to New York due to a work transfer and will be supporting the Brooklyn location for the next two years as part of a long-term project. Because of this, I’m looking for a comfortable and stable place to call home during my stay in the city.

I work in warehouse operations and spend most of my time working, so I’m usually out of the house more than I’m home. Although I’ll be based in Brooklyn, I’ll still need to make regular trips to Boston since the facility I support is located there.

I’ll be moving with my dog, Aries, a 22-pound Cockapoo who is extremely well-behaved, friendly, and house-trained. Aries is very used to living with other people and pets, especially cats. We currently live with roommates, and one of them has a cat. Even though the cat isn’t particularly fond of dogs, they get along surprisingly well. Aries is very respectful of boundaries and simply lets the cat approach him when it wants to. The cat often visits my room, while Aries usually prefers to stay quietly in my room, even when the door is open.

I also have reliable arrangements in place for Aries whenever I need to travel. He already has a trusted dog sitter who is available to care for him during my trips to Boston, so his care and supervision are always covered.
