Looking for a room to rent with a private bathroom in the Tucson area, preferably on the south side with easy access to I-10.

I’m a 22-year-old recent college graduate moving to Tucson for a full-time 9-to-5 job. I’m responsible, easygoing, and financially stable.

A little about me: • Enjoy watching and playing sports • Video games • Hiking and other outdoor activities

I’m fairly neat, clean up after myself, and appreciate roommates who do the same. I don’t mind an occasional small get-together, but I’m not looking for a constant party house.

What I’m looking for: • Private bedroom and bathroom • In-unit washer and dryer • Dedicated parking space • Non-smoking • Pets ok (I don’t have any) • Apartment or house is fine

Budget is around $800-$1,200/month depending on location and amenities.

I’m hoping to move in sometime between mid-to-late July, but I’m flexible and can move in as late as mid/late August.
