I’m currently relocating to Richmond for a new job and I’m looking for a place that doesn’t require me to spend $1600+ month and isn’t in the ghetto. I’m extremely neat/OCD and have no issue with cleaning up after myself. It’s mostly just going to be me, but occasionally my gf might come up for a couple of nights during the week and bring her dog Moose along (He’s a chocolate lab). I would also consider myself pretty easy to get along with and avoid being problematic at all costs. I’ll honestly be spending most of my time at work anyway, but I’m really looking for a chill roommate(s) that can give me the same courtesy and know how to clean up after themselves. Some of my hobbies include Hockey, gaming, and riding my motorcycle
